The lithium battery slurry planetary power mixer features a dispersion disc and mixing paddle that perform both planetary rotation and self-rotation. The speed is adjustable with variable frequency, enabling complex movement of materials, subjecting them to intense shearing and kneading. This ensures thorough dispersion and mixing without dead zones. An automatic wall-scraping mechanism is designed inside the mixing kettle to scrape off materials adhering to the kettle wall for continued mixing.
The above three types of kettles employ a special sealing structure, allowing for pressurized and vacuum stirring, with excellent exhaust and defoaming effects. The kettle jacket can be heated or cooled according to user needs. The equipment boasts good sealing. The discharge method is pressure-based, the kettle lid can be hydraulically lifted, and the kettle body can be moved freely, making operation very convenient. Additionally, the mixing paddle and scraper can be completely detached from the kettle body when the beam is raised, facilitating easy cleaning.
